As a bricks and mortar retailer most of our sales are made in our showrooms where customers have the best opportunity to see and try products prior to purchase.

We operate in line with UK consumer legislation. Our refunds policy is displayed in our showrooms.

We do not sell goods online

We do not offer a mail order service

When products are ordered in the customers have a notice of right to cancel will be issued. This is a legal requirement and provides customers with a 14 day cooling off period. Please note that cooling off period may not be applicable to some of our bespoke products that are made to order.
